Since 2001
Steck has strived to bring customers the most advanced, modern and reliable equipment possible, without losing sight of the industry's need for precision, accuracy, reliability, robust construction and ease of maintenance.
Steck installed the very first Dimension depositor in 2002. In 2008 came the world's first falling-pin pizza sauce head, with over 400 still in operation across the globe today. The years since have seen the launch of both the RCD (Rotary Cup Depositor) and the VFP 100 (Vacuum Fill Pump).
In 2018 Steck unveiled the DR1 delta robot for applying sauces to spare ribs, and in June 2019 came the first installation of the DR2 — the next generation of delta robots — into the sandwich industry, a first of its kind to be installed and commissioned as a roll-up delta robot. Building on the success of the DR2, Steck developed the DR3, a smaller, compact and portable robot for applications such as wet and dry sandwich lidding, match halving and turning within the sandwich industry. Steck has shown time and again that it is at the forefront of innovation in food production.
